Karak tea is a type of tea originally from India. In the Arab countries, the Gulf countries are famous for it. In Yemeni cuisine, it is called Adani tea. Karak tea is tea that is boiled with sugar, saffron, or cardamom over low heat for a short period until the flavor is concentrated, then milk is added to it, and left on low heat for a longer period.
